Anthony is an RAF veteran having served 31 years. He was medically discharged following a diagnosis for PTSD. He uses sport and physical activity as part of his recovery process and coping strategy. He has competed at 2 Invictus Games and used this to raise awareness of mental health and in particular the support that is available.
